This $4,165,000 historic renovation of an 1800's waterfront warehouse was Greyston's first non-Yonkers endeavor. Developed in partnership with the Affordable Housing Development Corporation, the Irvington project consists of 22 affordable apartments, many occupied by village employees, as well as the village's public library.
