
The Hartland Group has proposed the adaptive reuse of an old Burlington warehouse and Packard automobile showroom on a .7–acre site.
The project will consist of two– and three– bedroom loft–style living units varying in size from approx. 900 to 1700 square feet
with prices projected in the low– to mid–$100,000 range to over $300,000. The developers are currently in the process of securing
local and state development permits.
