The Hartland Group has proposed the adaptive reuse of an old Burlington warehouse and Packard automobile showroom on a .7-acre site. The project will consist of two- and three- bedroom loft-style living units varying in size from approx. 900 to 1700 square feet with prices projected in the low- to mid-$100,000 range to over $300,000. The developers are currently in the process of securing local and state development permits.
